What does our cost get you?
1-2 Bedrooms Listings are 15% commission, 3+ Bedrooms are 18% commission

Full trash bins are not very appealing, we make sure they are ready for pick up on their trash days.

The pricing software we use prices your listing competitively with the local market and similar listings every 24 hours.
Schedule Maintenace
Whether the yard needs weed removal, the air conditioner needs to be turned on, or the fence fell over, we will get it fixed as soon as possible!

Our Story
One day on a road trip with the family my husband blurted out "Honey! We are going to start real estate!" I didn't know what we he meant I just knew he was serious. We bought our first fix and flip and turned it into an Airbnb we called Sunny Sawmill, and 5 years later we have grown an amazing team to help us with our beautiful listings.
