The pricing software we use prices your listing competitively with the local market and similar listings every 24 hours.

Our Story
One day on a road trip with the family my husband blurted out "Honey! We are going to start real estate!" I didn't know what we he meant I just knew he was serious. We bought our first fix and flip and turned it into an Airbnb we called Sunny Sawmill, and 5 years later we have grown an amazing team to help us with our beautiful listings.
